Movie Review – Four Blood Moons

This film is a high-quality production that was a pleasure to watch. I highly recommend it. The movie is now on DVD and can be streamed on Netflix. When I saw the film in the theater there was an excellent panel discussion after the film that I'd love to see again. The panel discussion isn't streaming on Netflix, so if you didn't see it in the theater, I guess you'll have to buy the DVD to see it in the bonus features.

The historical reenactments that depicted the events which occurred during the last three blood moon tetrads were well written, expertly acted, and shot with top-notch cinematography. They were my favorite part of the film.

Between the reenactments, a cadre of biblical scholars, discuss the significance of the previous three blood moon tetrads that occurred over the past 500 years. Specifically, how they’re aligned with the Lord's feast days, their relevance to biblical prophecy and to Israel.

Just like pastor John Hagee’s book on this subject, the movie declares that something is about to change. It's perfectly logical that something significant will happen in regards to Israel within the general time frame of the current blood moon tetrad, which concludes on September 28, 2015


This is because history has shown (as described in the movie and the book) that something significant happened to Israel during or shortly after the last three blood moon tetrads that aligned with the Lord’s feast days. This doesn’t mean that we’ll see something change on the very day of the last blood moon, but it seems reasonable to expect to see something big happen in the near future.

  • Israel surrounded by enemies on every side who are determined to wipe her off the map

  • The global economy teetering on the edge of a collapse
  • A strong push towards a one world government and one world religion
Yes, I’d say that something is about to change and the only safe place to be is in the will of God.
